Lorrie Salinger
Teaching Style: Relaxing, Restoring, Meditative
Lorrie's passion and love for yoga began many years ago. She started her yoga journey with Bikram and was inspired to expand into many other styles. She has been a Reiki master for many years, and is certified in Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Her goal is to teach, inspire, and heal. In 2017, she started as a vinyasa yoga instructor, but was drawn towards the healing and deep held meditative postures of Yin Yoga, and thus continued her exploration and found her new passion. With the power to calm and balance the mind and body, Yin Yoga also aims to reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve circulation and flexibility. Lorrie's ability to create a soothing atmosphere while taking students through a series of deeply held postures, allows her classes to bring in a sense of relaxation both inside and out.
