Candlelight Yoga (Beginner friendly)

A soothing yoga class designed to help you wind down for the evening. Move steadily through yoga postures in an ambient candlelit setting, stretching the body and relaxing the mind. The perfect way to end a weeknight.

Deep Stretch Yin Yoga (Beginner friendly)

A slower-paced style where postures are held for longer periods of time. Variations of seated and supine postures are held for 3-5 minutes to access the deeper layers of fascia. A great way to soothe an over-stimulated mind and balance the subtle energies within.

Gentle Yoga (Beginner friendly)

Breathing, gentle stretching, and deep relaxation characterize this practice. Focuses on the release of stress and tension buildup, while bridging a deeper connection between mind and body, allowing you to leave feeling nourished.

Hatha Yoga (All levels)

"Hatha" simply refers to the physical practice of yoga through movement. Inspired by a blend of yoga traditions, this practice works with the physical body to release tension and create balance, while creating a greater space for mind-body connection.


Meditation offers a way to quiet the mind from constant mental chatter. Reduce stress and negative emotions wile increasing self-awareness through the use of breath. Learn to relax consciously and find your peace from within.

Pilates (All levels)

Mat pilates incorporates precise movements with specific breathing techniques to build stronger, sculpted muscles and increased range of motion. Targets the core and utilizes low-impact exercises to develop control and endurance in the entire body.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga to help women through the evolutionary process of pregnancy. Aims to prepare mothers for birth on a more holistic level, by increasing overall strength, flexibility, and well-being, as well as reducing aches, pains, and labor-associated anxiety. Help yourself feel better and move better in your changing body.

Y-Barre (All levels)

A fun full-body conditioning class inspired by barre with yoga, dance, and pilates mixed in to provide an intense and effective workout. Build core strength, improve your posture, and tone your legs, glutes, and arms with interval training and muscle-shaping isometrics. Be ready to sweat!

Yin/Yang Yoga (Beginner friendly)

A well-balanced class where time is taken to explore strong heat building poses as well as steady calming poses. Yin Yoga involves a slower pace where postures are held longer to target the body’s connective tissues. Yang Yoga reflects the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of muscles.

Yoga Flow 1 (Beginner friendly)

An alignment-based vinyasa class that works to build on your understanding of various poses. Learn to utilize the breath and safely establish a familiarity with basic postures as you continue to improve strength and mobility.

Yoga Flow 1-2 (All Levels)

A vinyasa based class focusing on building stamina, strength, and flexibility. A challenging class characterized by a more demanding pace and is recommended for continuing students as you start to work towards more advanced postures and sequences.

Yogalates (All levels)

Combines yoga and pilates for a workout that focuses on core strength and stability while also incorporating components of flexibility. Increase muscle tone and mobility, and improve circulation and energy with this fun, fusion class.

Yoga + Meditation (Beginner friendly)

A gentler style of class that incorporates the physical practice of yoga with the mindful practice of meditation. Move through simple postures to open and prepare the body for deeper relaxation. Designed to leave you calm, centered, happy, and feeling good.
