Teaching Style: Balanced, Positive, Comprehensive

As a dancer, the movement of yoga feeds my soul, but what keeps me coming back to my mat is the connection of mind and body. Yoga keeps me centered and grounded, and has helped me gain a new, more positive perspective on life. It challenges me to be a stronger person on and off the mat. Yoga has renewed my spirit and given me a greater purpose.

In my class expect to flow to good music with a perfect balance of calming, resting postures and heat building Vinyasa flows. Focus on connecting breath to movement while perfecting your alignment. Live in the moment, have fun and challenge yourself. I want my students to leave my class feeling connected and confident. As I continue my own practice I look forward to sharing my knowledge and love for yoga.
