I do quite a bit of running throughout the week, totaling between 50-60 miles per month! With so much running, I need just as much cross- training to prevent stress injuries and to strengthen the muscles around my knees and hips. This is where yoga comes into play. I love how yoga keeps me limber, works out my core, and gives me the strength training I need. Additionally, as an LA native, I can definitely say that yoga helps with the traffic-induced stress throughout the week!

I currently teach YBarre Fusion. So my teaching style involves a lot of animation and enthusiasm. I incorporate a variety of exercises to keep the class exciting, with a bit of cardio in between to give that heart rate a little boost. Oh, a couple of jokes will do wonders for those abs.
