The word meditation is derived from two Latin words: meditari (to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Meditation helps you gain a new perspective on stressful situations, increase self-awareness, focus on the present, and reduce negative emotions.

Pranayama is the yoga for breath. In a Yogic point of view, proper breathing is to bring more oxygen to the blood and to the brain, and to control Prana or the vital life energy. Each class focuses on breath awareness and a gentle guided Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is ‘dynamic sleep’ or in other words ‘psychic sleep’ in which you learn to relax consciously. It is the key to penetrate the latent realms of the mind, and train the mental faculties to access the immeasurable powers of the subconscious and unconscious mind.

Research shows that mediation can help combat illnesses and conditions like high blood pressure, cancer, and insomnia. Let’s stay healthy through meditation!
