The word meditation is derived from two Latin words: meditari (to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Meditation helps you gain a new perspective on stressful situations, increase self-awareness, focus on the present, and reduce negative emotions.

It is the key to penetrate the latent realms of the mind, and train the mental faculties to access the immeasurable powers of the subconscious and unconscious mind.
